I used to work as a barista in college, and for the last 20 years I’ve been making great coffee at home. Recently, though, I’ve taken a deep dive into espresso, and this machine has been such a cool discovery.I work from home now, but back when I was in the office, this would have been a dream come true. It’s an impressive-looking machine—if you’re a coffee geek like me, it’s the kind of setup that turns heads and starts conversations.I own a lot of mobile units, but this one stands out. It’s designed for people who take coffee seriously. If you already have 58 mm tools—calibrated tampers, puck screens, gravity distributors—you’ll be able to use them all with this machine. That’s one of the reasons I like it so much.I’ve used other mobile units in the past, but this one is by far the coolest. All you really need is a hot water kettle, some quality coffee, and a great grinder, and you’re ready to go.

Its an amazing portable coffee machine, i cant belive the coffee im making with thiss, if you are having pressure issues, just grind finner as a normal espresso, perfect for espresso-latte-americano, trust me, its amazing. THE BEST OUR THERE

Very nice and sleek grinder. It is stepless so it works really nicely for dialing in the grind size for espresso.

This thing is seriously beautiful and heafty and quite small and compact,love it

I was kind of skeptical of this grinder, I mean, who knows if there is any customer support should something go wrong… But it really has transformed my espresso. I have had a stepless grinder before (Mazzer Mini) but have mostly recently been using a Rancilio Rocky with my Expobar Office Lever.I have it dialed in, and the roaster I get my coffee from is very consistent so I usually don’t have to tweak it much. I started dosing whole beans into containers so I can just grab a container and know I have 17 grams or whatever in it. It takes like 5-10 minutes to do when I get a new pound of coffee but makes the daily routine a breeze and and brought a level of consistency to my shots that I didn’t think was possible. I now have very little coffee waste from having to adjust anything in my process. I can also look easily and see that I have X number of days of coffee left based on my rate of consumption.It is slow, but I don’t care.There is static in the cup when you first grind but if you tap on the counter first a bit before you place a 58mm portafilter on top of the cup and then invert the whole thing giving it a rap on counter, you will have very little mess/spillage.So anyway all of that is less about the grinder itself and more about how a stepless, single use grinder is very handy and this one is very affordable as these things go.

I’ve had the grinder for over 6 months. Easy to clean it, upgrade it, grinds perfectly.I don’t regret the purchase!

I love my STARSEEKER EDGE grinder! It's so versatile - I can grind for anything from a French press to espresso, and the 10 settings make it easy to get the perfect consistency. Plus, it's super easy to use and clean. It matches well with my other coffee gear.

Sleek design, matches the rest of my bar area. Great workflow too. This was a hidden gem of an all purpose grinder that I stumbled upon— and I’m glad I did. I hope to see more starseeker items on the market soon, as well as replacement burrs etc. This is wonderful

There is no problem yet, works excellent. I use it for Turkish coffee at level 1.0 and for expresso at level 2.25. I am satisfied with the size of the grind, as for me there is no need to adjust it to receive smaller particles.

This is a great entry level grinder, though I do have limited experience for now.Pros:+quiet+stepless adjustment+comes with water spritzer for those in a dry climate+comes with bellows to help clear retention+fairly easy to disassemble and clean+low RPMCons:-does retain quite a bit if you don't RDT and use the bellows-the AC adapter brick is a painOverall:Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a fairly priced stepless grinder. Looks identical to the MHW version which is $100 more.

It work wonderful with my new hibrew coffee machine. it's expensive but it mighty!! I got it at 5 fine and it can go too 0.1 fine that is finest!! I'm very shocked at how fine you can go to 0.1 that finest work with rocket appartamento machine.. low noise love it.and work good with light roast,medium roast,dark roast and the grams is on point with the grinder.i like it! It a little mass but it fine.i wish it was a little display on the grinder but it look and feel highly quality love the wight on the grinder and it easy to change grind size on the machine. It good machine I ever own thank you starseeker wish you guys make A new grinder with A DISPLAY SOON!!!:)
