Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.
During peak periods, processing time may be extended by one additional business day. If this occurs, we will notify you by email.


Order Cut-off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (PST).

  • Orders placed before 5:00 PM (PST) on a business day will begin processing the same day.

  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM (PST), on weekends, or on holidays will be processed on the next business day.


Shipping Methods

We reserve the right to select or adjust the shipping method depending on the destination, package size, and local logistics conditions, even if a specific method was selected at checkout.

Orders may be shipped via reputable international carriers such as UPS, FedEx, DHL, USPS, or trusted local courier partners.


Shipping Time

Shipping time refers to the period after the order has been dispatched from our warehouse.

Estimated shipping times are as follows (for reference only):

  • United States: 5–10 business days

  • Canada / Europe: 7–15 business days

  • Other international destinations: 10–20 business days

Transit times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier delays, or other factors beyond our control.


Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated Delivery Time = Order Processing Time + Shipping Time

For example, if order processing takes 2 business days and shipping takes 7 business days, the estimated delivery time will be approximately 9 business days after order confirmation.


Shipping Fees

  • Standard Shipping: Free worldwide shipping, no additional charges

(If express shipping is offered at checkout, fees will be clearly displayed.)


Customs & Duties

In most cases, we proactively handle customs clearance, including applicable duties. However, if customs complications arise, the customer may be required to assist or coordinate with local customs authorities. We will provide full support throughout the process until the issue is resolved.

Please note:

  • Orders may be subject to customs inspection upon arrival.

  • We cannot guarantee the integrity of outer packaging after customs inspection.

Wrong or Incomplete Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at checkout.

  • Address changes can only be requested within 24 hours of placing the order, before the shipment is dispatched.

  • Once an order is in transit, the delivery address cannot be changed.

STARSEEKERCOFFEE is not responsible for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

If an order must be reprocessed due to incorrect address details, the following fees will apply:

  • USD 20 for standard shipping

  • USD 40 for express shipping

If the order is canceled after shipment, these fees will be deducted from the refund.
