Customs taxes

Regarding customs, we typically handle customs clearance (including duties) proactively. However, if complications arise, the customer is responsible for handling the situation and we will assist throughout until the problem is successfully resolved. Please note that your order may be subject to customs inspection upon arrival at the port, and we cannot guarantee the integrity of your packaging.

Wrong address

We cannot change the delivery address once the shipment is in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. bo@starseekercoffee.com.

We will not be responsible for wrong shipping address if we do not have the correct information. Any reprocessed order will be charged an additional fee, USD 20.00 with standard shipping or USD 40.00 with express service, in case of incorrect shipping information provided. Those fees will be deducted from the refund if the order is canceled after having being shipped.

Shipping methods

We reserve the right to vary shipping methods to certain destinations should it be considered more appropriate and to alter the shipping method from that stated on your order should we deem it necessary.

The delivery time frames are for reference only. There is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive within the defined time. Transit times can vary based on the shipping location, weather condition, custom inspection...
